陈骁伍先生，河南省焦作市人，中国当代著名陈式太极拳家，中国太极网首席武术教练、槐园太极拳社社长、中国太极网拳友联谊会副会长,福建邵武陈式太极拳协会顾问,中国太极拳发源地陈家沟荣誉村民。自幼习练陈氏太极拳，三十年如一日，勤练不辍，且兼习各种内家拳法，并将其与太极拳相融合，取长补短，逐渐形成了自己特有的风格。其拳势洒脱自然，虚实结合，连绵贯穿，动如流水，静如山，深得太极拳之奥妙，擅长太极技击和内家功法；传拳授艺，其教学风格严谨，理论与实践相结合，因材施教，循循善诱，从学者甚众。
陈骁伍先生把传授技艺和发扬光大太极文化作为自己终生追求的奋斗目标，其弟子遍布全国乃至世界各地，深得太极拳爱好者尊敬和爱戴。
